Job Placement Guarantee

Our job placement guarantee is subject to specific terms and conditions:

• You must successfully complete the program with satisfactory performance
• You must actively participate in career services activities
• You must be legally eligible to work in your target location
• The guarantee applies to full-time positions with minimum salary thresholds
• Refund eligibility is determined within 6 months of program completion

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful communication with instructors and peers
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Attend required sessions and meetings
• Follow academic integrity policies
• Comply with our code of conduct

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by program and financing option:

• Upfront payment is due before program start date
• Monthly payment plans require automatic payment setup
• Income Share Agreements (ISAs) have specific terms outlined in separate agreements
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to program materials
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Refund Policy

Our refund policy includes:

• Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of program start
• Prorated refund for withdrawal within the first 25% of program duration
• No refund for withdrawal after 25% program completion
• Job guarantee refund as specified in program terms
• Administrative fees may apply to all refunds

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, and content are the intellectual property of JobReady or our licensed partners. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
